As an expert on this subject, I am working with Zane and Strebor Books to develop this Web site to both reach out to the young women who have been deceived into human trafficking and to do whatever we are able to abolish the industry altogether.
Simon & Schuster has already begun promoting this project heavily and we have gained the favorable support of the Polaris Project, Girls Educational & Mentoring Service (GEMS), and Veronica's Voice. Additionally, we are able to offer 24 hour Hot Lines and other resources from the National Human Trafficking Resource Center, Coalition to Abolish Slavery and Trafficking, Children of the Night, and Covenant House.
